Tahammul

The Tahammul project, spearheaded by Coin For Change in partnership with Mercy Corps, is dedicated to fostering climate resilience through comprehensive stakeholder mapping and connection. The initiative aims to identify and link various organizations and entities involved in climate resilience efforts, including financiers, international and national NGOs, community-based organizations, environmental NGOs, research institutions, government bodies, private sector innovators, and environmental consultancies. By creating a detailed database, Tahammul enhances transparency and promotes partnerships essential for sustainable environmental action.

The primary objective of the Tahammul platform is to streamline collaboration and align priorities among organizations, localize efforts, and facilitate the formation of consortia for effective project implementation. A dynamic heatmap, comprehensive data analytics, and a tagging system for simplified navigation are key features of the platform, making it easier to track project distributions and intensities, funding sources, and thematic areas like water management, green jobs, and biodiversity.

Born out of the necessity to address operational redundancies and the challenges of working in silos, Tahammul strives to enhance the efficiency and impact of environmental projects across the Kingdom. By improving communication and cooperation among stakeholders, the platform aims to create a cohesive network that drives meaningful environmental change.
